Your trucks, your portal, your numbers.
A fleet account is account pricing, a PO on every ticket, and a login where you can see what every truck has cost you — without calling to ask.
Set it up once, then stop chasing paperwork.
Account pricing
Contract rates on service calls, labour, tires and mileage rather than a quote every time. What you agreed is what is on the ticket.
A PO on every ticket
Your PO or reference number is captured when the call comes in, so the invoice matches your system the first time instead of after two emails.
Scheduled yard checks
Tire condition, pressures, TPMS and brake stroke across the row, batched into one visit at a scheduled rate. Catching a casing in the yard is cheaper than meeting it on the shoulder of I-10.
Pre-move inspections for heavy haul
If you run permitted loads, the cheapest tire work you will ever buy is the check the day before the move. A tire that fails mid-route with escorts and a police detail on the clock costs many times what the same tire costs sitting in your yard on a Tuesday.
Trailers count, and they get forgotten
Most fleet tire budgets are watched on the tractors and ignored on the trailers behind them — including lowboys, goosenecks and equipment trailers that spend months parked and then go straight out loaded. Those carry a load range of their own, and they age whether or not they turn. We check them on the same visit.
The portal
Request service, see live status on open tickets, and pull invoices and full ticket history by unit number or VIN — with the technician's photographs attached.
Fleet account questions
How many trucks do I need to open an account?
There is no hard minimum — if you run more than a couple of trucks through this corridor it is usually worth it.
What do I need to apply?
Your legal business name and EIN, a signed W-9, an accounts payable contact, the names of the people allowed to call work in, and two VINs. A tax exemption certificate too, if the company is exempt. The rest of the fleet is added in the portal afterwards.
What happens after I apply?
The office reviews it and comes back to you. If it is approved, the person who applied is emailed a portal login, and we send a proposed price list for services and tires. Until that is agreed, calls on the account are billed at our standard rates.
Can drivers call directly, or does it go through the office?
Either. Drivers can call the same number and quote the account name or unit number, and the ticket still lands against your account with your pricing on it.
Do we get a login for more than one person?
Yes. The portal supports several contacts on one account, so a dispatcher and a maintenance manager can both see what is open.
What does the yard check cover?
Tread depth and wear pattern, pressures, valve stems and TPMS, visible casing damage, and brake stroke where we are already under the truck. You get the findings per unit rather than one summary.
Open a fleet account.
Tell us about the company, who pays the invoices and who is allowed to call work in. The office reviews every application and comes back to you; once it is approved you get a portal login and a proposed price list.

Run trucks through the Triangle?
It costs nothing to have the account open before the first breakdown.
